Is it necessary to book in advance?

Yes, you will need to book in advance to reserve your Segways. After you book, a printable voucher confirming your reservation will be instantly emailed to you. For any last minute bookings "inside" 24 hours, please call (or leave us a "chat" message) and we can manually book a reservation into the system, provided space available.

Please note: do to the number of reservations we process daily - occasionally there may be a scheduling conflict as our reservation system updates. If this occurs - we will notify you immediately and will offer you a 25% time bonus for touring earlier (same day) or later (same day). Book - Save - Enjoy!

How can I pay for the Segway Tour?

Online through our website (small deposit required at time of booking to reserve your segways). The remainder of your balance will be paid "after" your tour and can be in either Euros or Czech Koruna (Crowns) as well as by credit card. The current exchange rate for Euros to Czech Koruna is 26.5 czk (crowns) and is updated accordingly. gladly accepts Mastercard & Visa (Paypal-via online). Book - Save - Enjoy!

What is your cancellation policy?

We will give you a full refund 72 - hours in advance. Inside of that 72 - hours your deposit will be kept with no further payment required.

We can start our Segway Tour directly from our hotel - free?

Yes! As long as your hotel is located in Prague 1 and there is "sufficient" room for training. Prague is loaded with small alley-ways and streets, your safety is most important. Therefore, upon booking, email us to ask if we can start from your hotel, otherwise we can plan a close "safe" meeting point, or you can simply meet at our meeting point HERE

Is it true you photograph our entire Segway tour - free?

Yes, all "confirmed" tours with an online reservation will be photographed at no cost to you. Your guide can either use your camera, or one of ours. You will receive an email with a zip-file containing all your photos for download within 48 hours after your tour.

What about this free - drink?

We offer you a drink of your choice - free - after your tour. Cold beer in the summer - hot wine in the winter - or a bottle of water. Up to you. However, if at any time (during your tour) you'd like to stop for a coffee brake, to use the toilet, or just soak in some fresh air, no problem! Our guides are at your disposal. You are the boss!

What do you mean by "individual - customizable" tours?

We mean two things: 1. We only offer private tours (non-group tours) - meaning that your party will have their own private guide and no one else will accompany you. 2. If see an attraction missing from the tour itinerary you'd like to visit, simply tell your guide during your Segway training, and they'll gladly work it in.

Do the Segway Tours operate when it is raining?

Yes, the tours run in moderate weather conditions such as light rain. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions [e.g. snow/ice during winter months] reserves the right to cancel the tour up to one hour before departure time. In such cases customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for the next available tour.

Are Segways easy to ride?

Yes! Absolutely! believes strongly in providing proper Segway training before touring and we won't begin your tour until you feel completely comfortable. After just a few minutes, you will get the feel for it and be a pro in no time.
